You can easily buy tickets for ZUIDYARD Cruise through our website. When booking, you choose the date you want and immediately see which departure times are available.
Can I also buy a ticket on site?
Yes! You can also ask on site about available departures and tickets. Want to be sure of a place? Then we recommend booking online in advance.
What are the departure times?
Departure times can vary from day to day. When booking on our website, you will always see the current available departure times.
Can I cancel or change my ticket?
No, it is not possible to cancel or change your ticket.

ZUIDYARD Cruise departs from ZUIDYARD on the Maashaven in Rotterdam. The address is Doklaan 40, 3081 AD Rotterdam.
What is ZUIDYARD?
ZUIDYARD (Rotterdam’s Waterfront Experience) is a special waterside destination in Rotterdam, where activities, attractions and places to eat and drink come together. Come and play at Spelen bij Beelen, for example, go climbing at Gigi’s Klim World, visit Noah’s Ark, take a ride in the Beelen Eye or enjoy good food at PIER40. See zuidyard.com for more information.
Is ZUIDYARD Cruise included with Spelen bij Beelen?
No. You need a separate ticket for ZUIDYARD Cruise. ZUIDYARD Cruise and Spelen bij Beelen are at the same location, though, so you can easily combine both activities on the same day.
How do I get to ZUIDYARD Cruise and ZUIDYARD?
You can visit us by bike, by public transport or by car. We are very easy to reach!
Can I park at ZUIDYARD Cruise and ZUIDYARD?
Certainly! There is plenty of parking on our own grounds. Parking costs €4 per hour or €22 for a day ticket. Only dropping someone off or picking them up? That is possible too. The first 15 minutes of parking are free.

Yes! A cruise with ZUIDYARD Cruise is fun for the whole family. Together you discover Rotterdam from the water.
Which boats does ZUIDYARD Cruise have?
ZUIDYARD Cruise has four boats. We have two boats with room for up to 30 people and two larger boats with room for up to 249 people.
Can I come on a cruise with a large group?
Certainly! Thanks to our different boats, there are options for both smaller and large parties. Get in touch with us for a group booking, so we can work out together which boat best suits your party.
Can I hire an entire boat?
Yes! Our boats can also be booked exclusively for groups, business meetings and events. Get in touch with us about the options.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, bringing your own food and drink is not permitted on ZUIDYARD Cruise.

Certainly! Our boats are suitable for company outings, meetings, presentations, parties and other events. With boats for up to 30 and 249 people, there are various options.
Can I combine a cruise with other activities at ZUIDYARD?
Yes! Combine your cruise with lunch, drinks or dinner at PIER40, for example, or a ride in the Beelen Eye. That way you turn your visit or event into a complete day on and by the water.
